Your subscription to KnowledgeKeeper includes online training classes that are hosted weekly. Take advantage of this benefit to make sure you are getting the most out of the videos that you make and share with others in your company.

Beginning Courses

To get started OpCon offers these introductory courses. There are no pre-requisites except that you must be a registered KnowledgeKeeper user and if you are taking a KnowledgeCAM course you have the KnowledgeCAM charged up and ready the day you take the course. KnowledgeCAM students will make and upload a video during the training course.

Advanced Courses

These advanced courses are for persons regularly capture simple videos and upload them to their profile but would like to take it to the next level. These advanced coures focus on how to make videos that will get more views by your peers. For those who want to start doing a little editing there is a course on how to use the free editing tools for Windows or Mac.

We Will Train You

As a company you want to get the most out of your KnowledgeKeeper subscription. OpCon will train your team of registered KnowledgeKeeper persons. They can each schedule up to 4 hours of total online training a year. Our trainers will lead live, hands on web based training.

We Will Get You Up & Running

Live Online Training is part of the subscription and includes everything that is needed for your team to start capturing ops knowledge right away. For persons who get into the regular habit of capturing what is important to them OpCon offers advanced courses that focus on sharing that captured knowledge and getting the "view times" or engagement up - especially for those videos that are considered "mission critical" by the person who made them.

We Will Keep You Running

We don't just stop after training. OpCon provides unlimited phone support with every KnowledgeKeeper subscription. We take support calls from field operations staff every day. Whether it is a simple login question or help with a video or pdf file our support specialists are there to help.
Updates are automatic. KnowledgeKeeper is Software as a Service and your company will always be using the latest and best version. Updates are automatic and included. Your company will never pay for an update.
